Chiah Li Xin

Li Xin founded L.X. Chiah & Associates in 2024 with a conviction that legal practice should be commercially astute and personally attentive in equal measure. She advises business owners, developers, and family-run enterprises on the full lifecycle of corporate matters — from incorporation and shareholder arrangements to acquisitions, financing, and exit. Her conveyancing practice spans residential and commercial transactions across Johor, with particular depth in mixed-use developments and bumiputera consents. Clients return to her for the steadiness she brings to high-stakes negotiations and the directness with which she frames trade-offs. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2020 and holding an LL.B. from University of London, she serves as the firm’s managing partner and leads its corporate desk.
