About
Our litigation practice represents clients in commercial disputes, contractual claims, shareholder actions, construction adjudications, debt recovery, and enforcement proceedings before the Malaysian courts at every level. We also act in arbitration and mediation, both as advocates and as drafters of the dispute-resolution clauses that hopefully render litigation unnecessary. Our preference is to resolve, settle, or narrow disputes before trial whenever the commercial maths supports it — and to fight cleanly and decisively when it does not. Each matter begins with an honest assessment of merits, exposure, and cost, so clients can decide on strategy with their eyes open. We care about the craft of preparation: clear chronologies, tight pleadings, well-marshalled evidence, and submissions that respect the court’s time.
