About
Our family practice acts for individuals and families across Johor and the wider Malaysian peninsula on matters that are, by their nature, personal. We handle contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, guardianship and maintenance, division of matrimonial assets, ancillary relief, judicial separation, and adoption. Where probate or estate administration sits naturally inside family work — a deceased spouse, a contested will, a trust that needs winding up — we take that on too. Our approach is to be direct without being cold: we explain the options, the likely costs, and the realistic outcomes, then move at the client’s pace. Where settlement is possible we pursue it carefully; where the court must decide, we prepare the case with the same rigour we bring to commercial litigation.
